Pros
The Benefits, 401k, stock, pto (although they could dish more), company events like picnics, family events and promotional events like the sparrow health days and Red Cross blood donations
Cons
Management is terrible and you get treated like you don't know anything, they don't train anyone properly, the pay sucks, not enough promotion or pay upgrades available...it's like a family plan they only push the people they like into promotions and they have wayyyy to much overtime and not enough time with family
