Pros
Most employees are proud, hard working and very committed people despite all the cons described in this review. Good product but with lots of challenges to be fully functional in the US market.
Cons
Low pay, almost non existent benefits, 401k without match, out of state health insurance (unless you are in NJ). Upper management creates a toxic environment and has an “old school” approach, meaning it feels the employee should be grateful to be working for them. No empathy or appreciation. I’m surprised the company still retains employees, although many have left.
