Pros

Good colleagues. Money ok, just always always be prepared to leave quickly if necessary as like with any company you’re only a number

Cons

Only one experienced Leadership member who should be the acting CEO, the rest are inexperienced in people & project management for the positions they hold. CEO not present and disconnects/isolates himself from employees in office considering we are still in start up / build phase and small 250 employees this is disheartening to see. Employees owed money I.e. extended working hours Not meeting serious working regulations & legal Lender criteria Working hours, passports taken and much more Delay on leadership not doing enough or quick enough to resolve issues taken months to resolve serious lender criteria not being met. New Chief of Staff & HR brought in but divides between old & new leadership as new are treated differently.

Pros

Good salary package and benefits

Cons

HR Director may either lack the necessary experience or is not effectively fulfilling their role. Employee issues and complaints are not being handled adequately, leading to frustration among staff. Additionally, I believe the CEO has not made the best choices when it comes to selecting the management team, resulting in negative consequences for employees and making it the worst work environment in the kingdom.

Pros

Gain experience in Renewable Energy

Cons

NGHC may be a relatively new organization, but that does not excuse it for having a disfunctional and unstable leadership. The turnover of senior management positions tells the story - almost every Leadership position/Director has changed at least once in last two years - and up to 4 times, with a number of senior positions vacant. The same is true at lower levels where nepotism rules.
