      Great environment and the company looks for a good life-work balance in their employees. There are a lot of things to do and anyone can learn and contribute in a big project

      Low salary and quite hard to scale in the company

      Pros

      Nice people, meaningful work / product. Travel options (if you like travel). Paternity leave.

      Cons

      Low salary / benefits. Lack of structure. No individual growth plan. Only some people get Stock options. Constantly pushing teams faster and faster. PTO doesn’t carry over.
