1.The work life balance is only for HR & Time office people, They treat each qualified engineer like they own them. No respect for engineer at all. Engineers treated like beggars,You pay lakhs of money to get degree/diploma ,get experience & come here they will treat you like worst than dogs The cloths of worker will be more clean than the engineers 2.Mangement only things about money, No personal growth , 3.Employee will be in 24 X 7 fear of termination without reason. 4.I have seen many people terminated without reason. 5.I would rather call it as political place than work place, 6.They will cut your salary without any prior notice & the reasons will be stupid 7.The increment is like 1% every year,Very very less than industrial standards.
