      Pros

      The company is big employee wise and and still growing. A lot of friendly co-workers and management. Work environment is pretty awesome and professional.

      Cons

      The company used to have vacations paid, but not anymore. Company doesn't also pay too well and benefits are okay.

      1. Kind managers (VP &director) that sets the bar for hard work and also respect boundaries for family life. 2. Balanced workload, most of the time.

      Cons

      Sometimes chooses the more complex path, when simple serves the purpose better.
