Pros

As a professional that's been in the industry for several years, Neozene is a great company, but if it's one of your first jobs out of college I think it might be tough. Core structure is not like Fortune 500 companies as a small to mid-sized organization but that's exactly why majority of senior staff loves this place. You get to be creative, fully work out of the box and do right by your clients (but some greener folks do not even know what a box is to compare). People without experience develop entitlement. I think that management now understands value of senior staff and is investing significantly more in that direction, even if costs significantly higher.

Cons

Not as structured as a large company for junior employees.

Pros

Fast paced startup environment, never a dull day here at Neozene! Lots of learning/growth opportunities, aggressive compensation package, kitchen stocked full of whatever snacks you want (write down what you want and it shows up in the kitchen the next week!), WE HAVE 3 COFFEE MACHINES, epic company parties (work hard/play hard), and more that I'm forgetting! This is one of those 'once in a lifetime opportunities' to get in on the ground floor of a great startup that has seen explosive growth in the last 3 years!

Cons

As any startup will tell you, we have our growing pains. Some processes have not been perfected, but anyone who claims that they are perfect is only hurting themselves. Unfortunately our industry is very results/numbers driven and as a startup, if you are not making your quotas, you will likely be let go. It's a hard reality for some people to deal with as you can see by the negative reviews, but that's the truth. The people who were let go were given ample time to learn and make mistakes.
