Pros
It's a nice tight-knit group, so you get to work on a lot of interesting things. The atmosphere is great, it's small enough to get to know everyone, but large enough to do technically challenging projects.
Cons
The fact that it's located in Kanata isn't great, since it's difficult to get to work if you don't have a car and have to rely on transit.
