Pros

Many of the employees are nice. The production is a diverse mix of people and they are nice genuine people to work with. Good for gaining experience if you're a fresh graduate without job experience. They hire young cheaper labor and trust them with big responsibilities.

Cons

The management is old school military style with sexist and racist mindsets. The HR lady couldn't care less about the inappropriate behavior of managers towards employees.. she's an accomplice herself. This is a place to gain a year or two of experience if you are a new graduate. The experienced people do not come here and many of the ones that have been at Neptronic for a long time are leaving for companies with better structure. There is no project management system established. Projects are very poorly managed. All over the place. Many of the managers are either 20 something year olds with an eng bac, or 50 something year olds with no degree ! Either category is clueless about the professional way of management. They can't find good managers and highly skilled technical people to hire. So they live and go by with what they've got. Don't count on working here long term if you are good in what you do. It is a good starting point but a waste of talent for longer term.

Pros

The employees are very nice

Cons

Neptronic has absolutely no structure or organisation to all their ongoing projects. Production is lead by disorganized people who like to hear themselves speak and who are incapable of listening to reason or follow proper processes, they will find any excuse to blame others. HR is inhumane, cold, and heartless while pretending to care. The culture of the company is that everyone is expendable, so don't plan on staying there long. The embedded software department manager is unhelpful and aggressive.
