      Pros

      Lovely working environment. Staff discount. Relatively small company so you don't feel like a number. Often work in amazing properties.

      Cons

      Lack of progression. Operational challenges. Managing customer expectations can be challenging due to price point and excellent marketing, but not always aglie enough to back it up when issues arise.

      Pros

      Very few besides the dismal pay and nearly nonexistent hours.

      Cons

      There are many. Overworked, underpaid, never appreciated. Horribly run company that does not pay their techs consistently. The owners do not care about customers or employees.
