Pros

As an engineer, you get actual hands on to learn and develop your technical skills. Colleagues are good. (but many has left)

Cons

1. CEO lacks of direction and is unpleasant. Lunched with him once and the way he treats the server is bad, this attitude is reflected onto the way he treats his staff. 2. Salary offered is below market rate. 3. High turnover rate due to bad culture / work-life balance 4. Micro-management 5. The lack of direction and action by the CEO makes people feel that he is just here to stay and draw his high salary till his time is up in nera

Pros

None here. Refer to Cons.

Cons

Leadership team and mgmt keeps changing or getting replaced every 2-3 years. Culture is extremely toxic and so much un-necessary politics, gossiping and backstabbing. If you try to do normal work here and just do your job, its not possible to survive as they keep hiring very toxic people who dont seem to need to work but can still keep their jobs and just keep smoking or disappearing
