Pros

The benefits of the parent company were quite rewarding. There were Sam's Club memberships, a generous yearly bonus, some work from home opportunities.

Cons

The direction of the company was inconsisent and poorly managed. Many "would be" customers were turned away by pricing schemes designed to milk them out money. Instead of being honest and ethical to their customers I noted regular billing irregularites for service and merchandise purchased through the company, afterwich, was excluded from all customer billing processes. Internal customers are equally targeted by these practices in order for the company to show less of a loss on their ledger. Training was only encouraged and paid for a couple employees, everyone else was on their own to learn and implement new technologies. There were no opportunities for advancement, only a constant struggle to prove your own worth and stay employed, unless you were a personal friend of the assistant director. They were the only people who didn't have to regularly turn in a rediculously, minute to minute, weekly status update.

Pros

The only Pro's this company had Died when the owner passed away in April

Cons

The company has obviously never really managed people before, which is evident by the way they talk to their employees. They cuss, threaten and belittle their employees into doing what they want. They tell the employees they are on salary and put them on rotating weekends for on call, yet when the employee needs a day off to take care of something they immediately refer to your vacation hours and tell you that you have to take the day with no pay because you do not have the hours available. I think they miss the concept of salary. The give no direction or training and tell you that if you want to learn do it on your own time. You have to keep track of your time in 15 minute increments and if you do not have enough "billable" hours then it is suggested you work more to make up for it even if it is not in your job description. They look at ways to Bill customers for work that is incomplete or not done the way it should be and take their time if they think there is a way to make more money. Overall, very shady company.
