I totally agree with you. Our employees are our biggest asset and through various initiatives combined with employee perks, we show that we care. I believe that investing in our employees now is investing in long-term innovation and company success for the future.
I hear your remark about following up on the effectiveness of new promotions and procedures. We have started this process via the Omni-Channel team and certainly have more work to do. I would also highlight Delight where you can submit a continuous improvement idea related to promotions and procedures.
