Hello – Thank you for your review and comments on our perks and diverse workplace. I agree with your piece of advice. We need to be better at storytelling. Thanks to our sustainable program, known as AAA, we are fortunate to work with amazing farmers around the world. This year, more than 50 employees have had the opportunity to travel to Colombia or Costa Rica to meet with farmers, agronomists and farming communities to learn about coffee-farming best practices.
