Pros
as far as you work in client side, work life balance is great. No direct reporting to Ness.
Cons
Evenif your client gives you a better feedbak, when annual hike comes , Ness HR will give you some stupid justification and won't give you any hike. If you want to work with PayPal, better go for any other clients. Annual review form has only 'Accept' button ( no 'Reject ' button). your appraisal is not 1:1 , rather a meeting of HR and 10 - 15 employees together . no way to know your rating unless this 'Accept' sheet comes
