Pros

-Pay Check! in time, atleast till now.

Cons

-No Training, no learning. -Manager’s Com skills are worse than a five year old. -New joiners (experienced or fresher doesn’t matter) are treated like cattle, guess they will do better in farming business. -Big projects are completely unplanned. -Unrealistic deadlines. -Most managers are non-technical. -Contract positions are equivalent to permanent positions. The bench is of 45 days, even if there are upcoming projects people are asked to resign. -Dirty politics, they prefer people who can wiggle their tails. -Not a single codding standard is followed, no code reviews. Just junk code.

One of the worst jobs I have ever had. The recruiter promised me a range of salary and when it was time to actually land somewhere she did not offer what was discussed and low balled me. Told me I was greedy and I pushed back saying It's not what we discussed. I was able to lock in the low part of that range but then she does a bait and switch on me telling me the role is fully remote. Then I am being told and yelled at to come into a office when that is not what was discussed or in my offer letter. I had a manager who sat in another country and on day one of meeting them, they chewed me out for not going into a office when I already had pre- engagements before taking the job and let everyone know multiple times. It wasn't even a hello how are you, it was a full on yelling match at me, for not being in and if I have done this at "other companies". People I worked with did my job and kept over stepping and I couldn't do my role because a PM kept doing all the design work. Eventually, I say down with HR to voice concerns and decided to leave the role since its not what was promised or discussed. Awful company with awful people who will throw you under the bus at any point in time.
