Pros

Small Organization so very less process Oriented.

Cons

1.Less Process Oriented. 2.Managers and HR guys are big fools and they only think to lick upper management for saving their positions. 3.Managers are too fool to differentiate between good and bad resources. 4.Less Hike 5.No work culture. 6.Zero interaction of developers/testers with their onsite co-coordinator even though the offshore guys are very much interested to share their feelings. 7.Zero Interaction with their client.(Fools sitting at managerial level knows that they would be exposed in a minute when they interact with client). 8.HR team has nothing to do with thinking about employee policies. They always think to organize some ridiculous games/function to make upper management happy and get worthless appreciation. 9.Awards would be given to dumb peoples who knows only to share jokes with fool managers to make them happy in organizations. 10.Also if you are capable to get a position where you can manage the tables /chairs of your managers, make silly jokes to make them happy, laugh without reason when your managers are laughing...This is the best place :)

Pros

No that I can think of

Cons

One of the worst jobs I have ever had. The recruiter promised me a range of salary and when it was time to actually land somewhere she did not offer what was discussed and low balled me. Told me I was greedy and I pushed back saying It's not what we discussed. I was able to lock in the low part of that range but then she does a bait and switch on me telling me the role is fully remote. Then I am being told and yelled at to come into a office when that is not what was discussed or in my offer letter. I had a manager who sat in another country and on day one of meeting them, they chewed me out for not going into a office when I already had pre- engagements before taking the job and let everyone know multiple times. It wasn't even a hello how are you, it was a full on yelling match at me, for not being in and if I have done this at "other companies". People I worked with did my job and kept over stepping and I couldn't do my role because a PM kept doing all the design work. Eventually, I say down with HR to voice concerns and decided to leave the role since its not what was promised or discussed. Awful company with awful people who will throw you under the bus at any point in time.
