      Pros

      The company have a good culture to motivate employees to keep learning, and have given access to different learning resources time to time. also the company is promoting cloud to a great extend and people completing any cloud certification are rewards too apart from the certification cost. The work life balance is great as I have never had any instance when I was forced to work beyond usual working hr. Senior management is extremely supportive incase you have some problem and they try their best to solve your issue.
