The company's excellent potential for growth because of innovative personnel and technology usage. The automated enforcement industry can be very exciting to work in. The company is fast paced and there is always something new occurring. Some very friendly co-workers, some very intelligent and knowledgeable employees. Idea's typically get heard because of the companies small size.
Cons
Major financial issues because of the company's existing debt-load. Senior management team is erratic in their decision making, and does not effectively communicate with staff members. Publicly traded company, however, majority of shares are held by 2-3 people that have a large amount of influence over the company's goals. Company's technology is dated even though it was cutting edge 5 years prior. Ethical and moral decisions can be highly questionable at times.
