Pros
I got placed here right at the end of my third year of college, and my experience as a Full Stack Developer (starting as an intern and now moving to full-time) has been fantastic. The best part is that from day one, there was no simulation, I was working on real projects for actual clients. This meant my mistakes had real consequences, which was the best way to learn. It pushed me to be meticulous and learn everything in detail.
The culture here is incredibly supportive. People are very understanding, and my manager has been proactive in checking on my well being, asking if I need a break even before I've said anything. There's a strong emphasis on work-life balance; working after hours is a personal choice and never forced. The HR team does a great job with Fun Fridays and other events, and I've found it easy to build great relationships with my managers and colleagues both in and out of the office.
Cons
The work can be intense, and meeting tight deadlines can be tricky at times. Also, since the core technologies are Frappe and ERPNext, you have to put in a lot of effort to learn them as they aren't mainstream, which means a steep learning curve.
