The leadership team are vastly inexperienced and change tack every couple of weeks without immediate results from their last attempt to plaster over their own ineptitude. I can only describe them as playing the part and trying to act out how they believe they should behave, with indulgent board meetings seemingly every couple of days with an abundance of ineffectual ideas that don't address the key issues and then poorly communicated to employees. Fallouts with employees every couple of months, they just move on to the next target without looking at themselves, intellectually lazy and zero accountability.
The unpredictability causes concern and frankly due unhappiness within the workforce. Companies like these will fail, with an over-reliance on a single customer and no real appetite to change despite what they say.
