Great place. - Customer Success Manager Net-Results Employee Review

I've worked at Net-Results for two years now and can confidently say I trust in the people that are at the company today. 1) A team that has each other's backs 2) Everyone is willing to support each other 3) The people that are here as of today are trustworthy, honest and loyal members 4) You have direct contact and relationships with each individual from C level to entry level team members. 5) Unlimited PTO 6) Flexible Work/Life Balance: If I have a doctors appointment, or need to take my car in to get checked on quick, my work load is flexible to allow me to get immediate/personal needs done without having to worry. 7) A CEO who cares! 8) Smart/fantastic to work with Engineers! 9) An amazing Customer Success team and Content Strategist from our Marketing Team! 10) Remote work space, forever (one thing COVID was good for).

We've had some bad eggs at Net-Results. Some individuals had too much power and chose to misuse that power that resulted in consequences (rightfully so) being made. Thankfully these decisions involved letting some people go. Con here is that this took way too long, but we're moving in the right direction now. Benefits are something I hope will also be enhanced in the future which I am confident will be when we're at the right spot as a company.
