Pros

• Smart & talented people • Fully remote with lots of flexibility / trust • Leadership was supportive and gave you room to own your work • Good work/life balance. Even with the daily fast pace, it didn’t feel overwhelming. • The work you do really makes a difference. At larger companies, it can feel disconnected, but at Net32, I could clearly see the impact. Loved that. • The company’s been around a while, so it’s not a shaky startup • Solid pay and great benefits

Cons

• Would’ve loved more chances to meet up in person. • The company’s growing and changing fast, which can come with some bumps along the way. But it also means there’s real momentum and a lot of cool new stuff happening.

Pros

Very good/kind/well meaning at the individual level around the entire software department. Company was doing well financially while I was there. Some room for growth in your role.

Cons

Very poor information sharing and access to documentation of their systems. You could reach out to some senior employees and get their experience description on it sometimes but there were times at the end I asked for help and got nothing. Owned by private equity means selling jobs out of the US pretty quickly after being sold by the original owners.
