Good Tech, Horrendous leadership - Sales NetBrain Technologies Employee Review

As a company, we're definitely united in our mission to grow NetBrain and serve our customers in solving problems they struggled to solve previously in their networks. It's a mission that we're passionate about, but we recognize how important time outside of your job is with family, hobbies and other loved one. Work-life balance is extremely important. Yes, many jobs have peaks and valleys and times that get busier than others, but we truly do focus on total wellness, It's great to see that you and others who have reviewed us are able to recognize that. I'd love to offer some insight on your feedback about coding, but I'm sorry to say that I don't have quite enough information to do that. I can tell you that we have a robust Research & Development team that makes up just a shade under 30% of the company and we are always focused on innovating and keeping the product well ahead of any competitors in the market.
