1yThanks for the positive feedback! All feedback, both negative and positive is helpful, but it's great to hear that your experience here has been so great. Our job leveling and compensation band projects from a couple of years ago have paid huge dividends in helping us to be competitive in the market with how we attract new employees and reward top performers.
Work-life flexibility is something we've gotten tons of positive feedback on as we've been able to stick to a remote or hybrid schedule for almost all of our employees. Leadership has been exceptionally helpful in promoting that and promoting internal growth.
Last but certainly not least, the product is miles beyond anything else in the market, so the word "innovative" certainly fits!
We absolutely understand that communication is important for our employees to be aware of what is going on. Currently we're on a quarterly cadence of company town-halls. Departments and teams should be connecting regularly in between for leaders to share updates. If you're on a team where you feel that this isn't happening, please connect with the People Team to share this feedback. One of the People Team's most important functions is partnering with department leaders to make sure they're supporting their people.
