Great people, extremely flexible. Very relaxed company culture and relaxed bosses. The company is interested in you learning and will wait for you to learn. There were many opportunities to contribute and be part of many different teams if you demonstrate skills and a willingness to contribute and learn.
Cons
Company culture, especially regarding decisions and new technologies, is very dominated by upper management and older founding members of the staff. The company, especially in its development iterations moves very slowly and should be more agile owing to a continually changing environment.
