Pros
The product is truly loved by the industry. Very much establishing itself as the front-runner in the space. The company itself has been around for 20+ years so there is major stability but still has the "startup" feel in the good ways. Free lunch every Wednesday. Great benefits, unlimited PTO. Great culture. Great people. Work is fun to come to.
Cons
The exit to the building is the worst I-15 exit in the state.
