Truly, everyone I know loves working with one another - on the same teams and cross-functionally. The executive team cares about its employees, how to run an efficient business, and everyone collectively wants to see our customers succeed and is willing to go the extra mile for that to happen. Very intelligent, collaborative folks work at the company - always learning something new every day from people who want to innovate and be better.
Cons
It definitely is a fast work pace, which can be a pro depending on your personality type. With rapid growth comes change and some folks are more comfortable with change than others - but it's nothing that the team isn't working through.
