My boss appeared really nice but I was told by my co-worker that she lies. I have been told very often that I’m very gullible so maybe I was just very trusting.

My other co-worker advised that they weren’t paid their commission at all ever. Base salary is really low as well. The difference between small vs big companies is the hierarchy is respected. It’s confusing if an employee is receiving instructions from their boss but the higher ups want to jump in and question employees without knowing any conversation between their direct manager and the employee. Also, my co-worker also mentioned the same issue as the other person who wrote a review here. They advised that the contract had different terms from what was discussed at the interview. My boss was apparently upset because the owner stepped in and made a decision about one of their employees- going back to the lack of respect to the hierarchy system . My Red flag should have been them saying in the contract that they can let you go at anytime

A good working environment for a true self-starter. No one looking over your shoulder at any time. The office is organized and led with transparency and honesty. Upper management will always support someone who shows effort in their work. An experienced sales professional should thrive in this company and office.

Not the environment for someone who is looking to meet friends at work. It is a collaborative work culture where everyone is friendly but very much professional in the work culture.
