Success is a myth - more than the hard work you put in, you will judged on spelling mistakes, commas and placement of full stops - and chances are you might get fired for grammatical mistakes (it would have been still ok, if the founder himself didn't screw up on every slide he makes - he even gets names of people wrong, including clients in messages and mails)
7. In the end be warned it is a failing business and hiring and firing is done on a cyclical basis - to keep the costs low.
