-Lack of education and explanation -Lack of ethics for some team members and strong inner circle (or inner politics) -Lack of management leadership

used to be good years ago

-Middle level leaderships (supervisors) became bad, once they got promoted, they became bully and arrogant, cant wait to show their powers. you think your team lead would be your backup but it's the opposite, hard to trust them, need to be caution to not be stabbed in back all the time. -L1, L2, L3 are only skills level, NOT THE RANK OF BEING A HUMAN! "Top level agent" need to stop acting like they're rightful to treat ppl like nothing, show some respects!
