Pros
Probably the most open and approachable senior management staff at any company I have been at. Everyone from the CEO to the CMO and Sales Leadership will always have their door open to you to discuss how to best win a deal. In particular, CEO Michael Bird truly stood out to me, as he would engage you in a conversation not only about NetProspex, but also about life and have a lengthy discussion with you. Granted, his time now is more limited since the D&B acquisition, but he would sincerely make you feel welcomed and was appreciative of the work that you did. Great guy who leads a great senior management team!
Cons
Culture on the Sales Floor is the big negative here. As one reviewer had put it a few posts ago, it is a very in or our crowd. Reps will openly ignore you if you are not "in" their circle. Even when it comes time to trivial things such as grabbing a drink after work, they will openly make plans in front you and not extend an invitation. The majority of the team are smokers as well, as it is not a common sight to see 10 people outside chain smoking cigarettes. There are also those who don't smoke that dip right at their desk and spit tobacco into red solo cups, even leaving them at the desk for the cleaning crew to pick up. Furthermore, the Business Casual dress code puts a heavy focus on the word casual. Flip flops, shorts, hats, and t-shirts are very common, as it makes you feel like you are not truly at work and rather in someone's living room. This lax policy of dress reduces the sense of urgency to do your job on the floor.
