Pros

A few skilled colleagues still remain who try to do the right thing. Used to have a decent culture a few years ago, but that’s long gone.

Cons

Toxic Work Environment: Leadership thrives on favoritism and politics. Talent and hard work are irrelevant if you're not part of the inner circle. Unrealistic Projects: Management takes on projects that are doomed from the start. When deadlines are missed (which happens frequently), employees are blamed and fired. No Work-Life Balance: Forget flexible time off. Expect to work overnight and get calls from managers at 1 a.m. Your personal life means nothing here. Alcohol in the Office: Some teams openly drink during working hours, with management turning a blind eye. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Job Insecurity: Employees are let go arbitrarily and without explanation. The atmosphere is driven by fear and uncertainty. HR is only resource: HR lacks basic understanding of policies and employee rights. They exist only to defend poor management decisions, not support staff. Public Shaming of Ex-Employees: Fired employees have had false stories spread about them. This shows how far the company is willing to go to protect its image and destroy reputations. High Attrition: People are leaving in waves. That alone should be a red flag.
