      Small company that allows for more personalized interaction with company management

      Cons

      In an effort to reduce overhead costs, members of management will wear multiple hats which can create a conflict of interest. NetSage is a subcontractor. Some of the prime companies NetSage partners with do not treat their subcontractors well.

      401k is really great. Competitive PTO at 20 days per year. HR is nice and helpful when you need them.

      Not a lot of programs or contracts.
