Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our team has certainly moved to WFH during the COVID-19 crisis and has always had the flexibility to incorporate WFH into their schedule. I was surprised to read your review since we’re not hiring part-time employees and we’re absolutely compensating everyone on the team. I’m concerned that either you intended this review for an organization with a similar sounding name, or someone has represented themselves as NetWorks Group. I’d very much like to learn more about your situation. Please contact me at your convenience. All the best, David Howard President dhoward@networksgroup.com

Pros

Competitive pay, family/team mindset. No big egos, and everyone steps in to help each other. Great strides have been made to eliminate stovepiping and ensure the various departments work well together. Excellent support from leadership.

Cons

Lack of strategic marketing has stagnated growth in the past.

Pros

A small team where nobody is too good to help out with issues, and no large egos dragging things down. Everyone I worked with cared about the work we were doing, and was determined to do it as well as possible.

Cons

There were limited opportunities for advancement, and nobody had serious ideas about how to expand the business or impress new clients. Whenever we had new clients come in, it seemed that it was mostly luck rather than any proper sales work. There were also no opportunities to advance. I had no clear path to a promotion, and few ways to prove my skills as the work was not challenging.
