Pros
You don't have to reinvent the wheel. Just take the tools and advice of those who have mapped out what it takes to be successful in this business and run with it. Promotions are based not on seniority, but on merit, work ethic and drive. I am in my late 20s and have had several jobs, even owning my own business. The growth potential with this company is something that is difficult to find in most jobs. It takes work and dedication but the success is there for anyone who wants it bad enough. Upper management positions are filled by those who started at the ground level, they are not outside hires. Everyone above you in position knows what your struggles are and can assist you. This is the perfect balance of team atmosphere with personal accountability. This job will push you every day. It will help you develop skills that will make you a better person both in your professional and personal life. You just have to want to improve.
Cons
It is a grind and takes a lot of work and dedication. It is a high level sales job which requires your time and this is not for everyone. It's not really a con but I want to make it clear that it does take wanting to work longer than a 9-5 schedule (especially in the beginning 1-2 years) to really be successful. You may not see immediate results but if you stick to it you will. To see this just look around the company.
