As an employee of almost two years I highly recommend NetWorth Realty. There is an extremely supportive environment from local and regional managers up to the owners with constant encouragement and motivation. There is a good training program in place for new employees and regular trainings to keep employees updated with what’s working best for employees across all of the offices. There are advancement opportunities and encouragement for you to take advantage of them. The harder you work at this position the more money there is to be made.
Cons
Not negatives but as with any real estate position, this job requires the individual to take the initiative and hold themselves accountable for working and meeting weekly minimums. Again, with any real estate position there is an expectation that some work will be done on weekends.
