Pros
-You get access to lots of great networking equipment, on the job training and experience with professionals which will help your future career. This company is a great starting point for an entry-level IT person. -CEO does take interest in you if you go above and beyond. He rewards his employees with bonuses, sports tickets etc.
Cons
-Workplace politics reigns supreme. -Egos are gigantic ("Stop contacting me for updates because it is unproductive" an actual response) -The company lacks structure so a lot of decisions are made ad-hoc. I actually like unstructured workplaces so for me this is a plus, but for others I can see this being a problem. -Managers tend to micromanage to the point of calling every 5 minutes with something to ask or something for you to do. You can be told to do one thing and then a later questioned as to why you did it because the manager claims they said the exact opposite.
