Saturday and Sunday off and cab service.

Cons

A company where the intelligence and the hierarchy is inversely proportional. It's like they are specifically looking for people with low intelligence for their management positions whereas the people working on the ground level are highly capable.

Pros

NetZealous is the organization which has enhanced my professional life to the level which I have been dreaming of, since the beginning of my career. It also has provided me the platform to go even further and be an achiever like not many get to experience in their lives. The key to this is the management which is elite and provides proper guidance to elevate in your career. This has been the case for most of the employees who have trusted and delivered towards the goals of the organization. I feel blessed to be a part of this great work atmosphere which has also given me an international exposure. NetZealous grooms its employees with positive attitude, leadership qualities and appetite for career growth. This is the company for Go-Getters!

They have a reputation to turn blind eye to harassment I had worked in this company as a senior executive in events team (one of the night shift teams). I leave this review to deflect any future capable and eager employees from being part of this impotent organization. The event management, business development and customer support team are the three teams in the night shift. Though the other teams are worse in their own way the events team is by far the worst. It is the most dysfunctional team. They will harass you, teach you wrong things so that they can pick on you later, threaten you both verbally and physically. Even if you report it to the HR and the upper management, including the CEO, they will do absolutely nothing about it. Your complaints, your workplace issues will all fall on deaf ears and they are least bothered if you stay or not. The best part is they appreciate the people who harass and that are least productive just because they have been around for a long time. Attrition is extremely high due to incapable management.
