Pros

Hybrid Schedule, sometimes water/snacks in the office.

Cons

Neta is a very small family owned operation who treats their employees like they are big business. There is no sense of leadership from the executives.

Pros

Small, family run company. There are some wonderful and very smart people working for Neta. Interesting industry. I found the work day fast paced, and the job really interesting. If you work for the LEAPS procurement division, they're well managed and have a wonderful team and healthy supportive work culture.

Cons

Extremely poor management on the sales side. For both the Field Sales / Business Development team and the Inside Sales team. Lots of micromanagement. Salaried employees not trusted to manage their own work load and schedule. The compensation plan for the sales team was changed after the first quarter had already started. The Sales Team was not allowed to have a copy of the changes being made to the comp plan and they were asked to sign an agreement in a closed conference room without HR present... The departments don't communicate with one another and information is siloed… There are very few SPOs for the Inside Sales process. I was sent an offer letter with someone else's name on it, and given a hand written schedule of company holidays that was scanned and sent to my IM. For the initial interview I was asked to put together a PowerPoint on what I thought the onboarding process would be like. This was presented to the National Sales Director, Inside Sales Manager, and VP of Business Development. My onboarding did not happen until month 11 of my employment with Neta. HR wasn't able to schedule any trainings prior to this time. A massive change to payroll was sent out without consideration for the employees. The new payroll calendar was going to have the employees paid only once during the month of April, and then during random other weeks throughout the year that would have made it completely impossible for an individual to schedule an automatic debit for any type of bill payment. It's a disorganized mess. I recommend looking elsewhere for a sales role. You can do better.
