Pros

The only real positive about this place is the people you work with. They are some of the most talented, kind, and supportive individuals you'll ever meet. Despite the many challenges and issues within the company, they are the true backbone that keeps things running, though unfortunately, they are often taken for granted and exploited.

Cons

The leadership here is among the worst you'll ever encounter. They are friendly to your face, but behind your back, they lack any empathy and are often harsh and vindictive. Their micromanagement is not only excessive but also incomprehensible. Policies shift unpredictably, often in ways that put the burden solely on employees. There is a complete absence of compassion on a human level. Whether you're facing personal challenges, illness, or difficult circumstances, you will not receive a single ounce of understanding. Don't be fooled by their fake smiles—everything they do is to serve their own interests. The atmosphere here benefits only the leadership. The boss believes he knows everything, exuding a level of narcissism that's off the charts. Despite all this, they will belittle your contributions as a designer and take credit for any project successes. If you care about your mental health, job security, and peace of mind, just stay away from this place.

Pros

Design-Led Culture: The environment is incredibly creative. Even for non-designers (like developers), it is inspiring to work alongside such talented UI/UX professionals. Quality of Work: You get to work on very diverse and high-impact projects. The standard of delivery is high, which pushes you to upskill constantly. Collaboration: The teams are supportive. There is very little hierarchy, and cross-functional collaboration between design and tech teams is seamless. Onboarding: The hiring and onboarding process is professional and gives you a clear idea of what to expect.

Cons

Fast-Paced: As an agency/studio, the pace can get very fast. Deadlines are sometimes tight, which requires good time management.

Pros

The senior people who used to work here were great and could learn a lot from them especially at a junior level but they longer are there due to the employers actions.

Cons

The list is unfortunately a little too long but mostly all of it boils down to management and the people who run the place. Their micro-management, lack of respect for the team and endless pretence in front of the world to reality of things behind doors is beyond belief. Mental health will take a toll for sure
