The leadership here is among the worst you'll ever encounter. They are friendly to your face, but behind your back, they lack any empathy and are often harsh and vindictive. Their micromanagement is not only excessive but also incomprehensible. Policies shift unpredictably, often in ways that put the burden solely on employees. There is a complete absence of compassion on a human level. Whether you're facing personal challenges, illness, or difficult circumstances, you will not receive a single ounce of understanding. Don't be fooled by their fake smiles—everything they do is to serve their own interests. The atmosphere here benefits only the leadership. The boss believes he knows everything, exuding a level of narcissism that's off the charts. Despite all this, they will belittle your contributions as a designer and take credit for any project successes.
