No matter how many years one spends here, one won't be able to come up with any pros of working here.
Cons
Employees recognition is essential for all employees. The upper management with an arrogant attitude must understand that. They are biased. They only recognize some employees, and others are forgotten. It was awful! The pay was also poor and not as per industry standards or rising inflation. Overall, my experience here was terrible. You can safely avoid it. BEWARE!
