Pros

Flexible hours, casual office, minimal travel, occasional free lunches

Cons

The company changes course, compensation and fires people on average after about one year. Not sure if the same is true in India where most employees are located. People get hired to serve as scapegoats for the sales manager . This company will repeated hire and lay off qualified people or push them out and it is very demoralizing. Also, it is common for the CEO to embarrass the employees and you cannot defend yourself at all. This organization is a revolving door of defeated employees in a stressful environment.

Pros

Free lunch. Allows you to stay in company apartment first 2 months of work.

Cons

Forced to be in office 4 days a week even though most of team works remote which kills moral since it is obviously showing favoritism. Lack of management and direction of sales team with inexperienced leadership. Felt like we as BDR's were teaching them more than they were directing us. Gave multiple VIP events to other BDR's on team to help them with quota while I received absolutely zero help from the company for in-person socializing events. Even with 1 hand tied behind my back I still attained $1m in net new ARR in 6 months!
