      Pros

      Very Dynamic and bold organisation to establish themselves in a tier-3 city like Bhopal and help facilitated so many talents to get employment contributing into per capita income of our State and also outshining its name within the state. Driven by great leadership and mentors, Netlink has achieved many milestones which contribute to its success and most importantly amazingly take care of its employees if deserving to grow in their career path. Best Organisation in MP state managing so many global clients and successfully keeping them happy :)

      Cons

      Everyone has a downside or drawbacks which is a part of life so I am not too much bothered or focused on negative areas and I don't think Netlink has many. Certain glitches here and there will surely be fixed under the guidance of leadership!

      Pros

      They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

      Cons

      The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
