They literally have no pros. All HR are arrogant and don't want to help employees Mostly they only work for senior management people and they do/follow all the instructions given by senior management irrespective of how logical and useful the instruction is. Hr's Netlink doesn't even know the work and basic day-to-day job of HR's

1 Entier netlink is Cons 2 Joining Netlink is Cons 3 HR management is the main culprit in Netlink for all the bad things 4 They don't respect employees 5 No Work environment and culture. 6 HR are not responding to your queries. 7 HR are not even aware of the basic day-to-day task of HR positions 8 Employees cant grow there self if they join Netlink 9 Company and Hr do not support your personal growth 10 Employees become the company's enemy if he/she decides to separate from Netlink. 11 All the Senior and Hr Management will try to demotivate you if you wanted to grow your personal and wanted to join batter organizations 12 They all threaten you to destroy employees' career 13 They have no projects and all the running projects use old technology 14 Now aware of Morden IT culture 15 Most of the positive reviews are paid reviews or added by the peer pressure by HR team to post these review 16 Work-life balance is difficult to maintain 17 Mismanagement and HR don't have capability to take action only follow the instructions from managers In short please do not join this organization it's a trap organization, You will not be able to grow your personal life once you entered here also you will suffer a lot when trying to leave this trap. Many Employees are facing this same issue here and more worst things once they decided to leave this trap organization All the facilities they have mentioned on the website are false They Do not have Home pick-up and drop Tey do not have AC busses too They Do not provide subsidized food like all the other IT companies No work-life management here Most managers suppose you to work late at night work on weekends and All the HR silently support this culture Appraisals are not done every year, They do appraisals every 18 months instead of a 12 or 6-month cycle as most IT companies follow They have a very high rate of HIRE and FIRE **********This organization is strictly not for the freshers********** If you going or willing to join this organization as a fresher, Please reconsider your thoughts as YOU will going to lose all the cultural and IT learning compared to any other IT organization
