Pretty good location for work

Lot of overtime, little acknowledgement

The absolute best thing about this company is the team. My colleagues are incredibly supportive and positive. They are what makes the work environment bearable. The team culture here is genuinely strong and positive, a testament to the people who work here.

You need to read your contract with a fine-tooth comb. There seems to be a lack of clarity in the employment agreements. An employee could be threatened with a fine for early termination, even if there's no official clause stating it. It feels like a significant disconnect between what's written and how things are handled. The recent management changes have brought about a noticeable shift in the company culture. It feels like there's a lack of empathy and a focus on results above all else. This has created a sense of distrust among employees. There is a serious lack of appreciation for employees who take on extra responsibilities. Despite being given more work, there was no acknowledgment or compensation for the added effort. This can be very demotivating and makes you question the value of your contributions.
