Pros
You get a lot of experience and it looks good on a resume. This is an easy job as long as you can stay organized and manage your time effectively.
Cons
You're on your own. No training, "Pass-the-buck" mentality company wide. From top to bottom any one will throw you under the bus if you give them half the chance. If you can befriend the right people and stay under the radar then this is a great place to work. If you make waves but don't know how or when to socialize then you should look somewhere else.
