      The best thing about working at Netrix is you do get to interact with high end vendors. The other good reason about working at Netrix is the satisfaction of leaving Netrix.

      Cons

      No respect, demeaning, the company actually makes money off of their employees. They treat their clients very poorly

      Remote work, minimal supervision, great experience developing skills with tools for remote support.

      Cons

      Very little coaching or training, no merit increases or pay incentives, no room for advancement or encouragement to move ahead to next level.
