Pros

Good health insurance and employees are give great tools to use.

Cons

This is a very unstable place to work. The owners will fight so loud that we can hear them in other rooms, it was very awkward. We have loss countless clients due to the female owner and her unprofessional ways. They have only gain one client while I was there and loss over half their clients during that time. A lot of clients complain about turn over, projects not being handled correctly and that Netrix cancels a lot of their appointments. We had to cancel appointments due to the owners wishes because she was not prepared for the meeting. The female owner once told us that only she makes sales in the company, so if you are counting on making more money with commissions it won’t be through new revenue . Most of the new recruits think they can change things because the male owner is cool, however after going to his office to talk to him about an HR issue I had I was fired a week later because I “was not a good fit/unemployment eligible” I went to talk to him about being “talked to” (bullied/nit picked by the same peer) about something the peer felt I did wrong however, when I pulled up the process on the companies intranet I did everything correct. We were also expected to work over 40 hours most weeks, many late night meetings that solved nothing and went no where, so there is no work life balance.
