Netvision is big on transparency, communication, and teamwork. As a contractor, I enjoyed an amazing support from the team, and prompt response from the HR personnel.

There is not much drawbacks, but it’s important to have clear expectations for your accommodation when you are on a foreign assignment.

-great communication if there is every any situation i can go to project leadership and they will assist me with answers. -extremely friendly work environment i felt welcome when i first came onboard and it remained that way throughout my time here. -assists with a lot of the nuances beign a contract employee and have helped me with the gap between the prime and sub contractor.

-no room for advancement in my current role but that is only based on contract role. i am sure other roles have much better growth opportunities everyone i have worked with have loved their salary and work environment.
